Changes and returns
Clients resident in Europe according to the Regulations DSR of 2000 (Consumer Protection – Distance Selling) have the right to cancel an order by written communication, written within 7 days from the receipt of the items requested.
If you are interested in requesting a change or make a return of an order please contact us by e-mail; remember to communicate the number of your order and add the motivations for it. You may change the items that you ordered, but remember that every change is subject to availability of the item in our storehouse. Expedition Fees for changes and returns are to be paid by the Client.
