Shipping & Delivery

Items are sent by Battista Shop from Monday to Friday, from Monday a.m. to Friday p.m. Orders placed in the weekends will be processed and validated on the first day of the following week.Expeditions, unless otherwise agreed, will be made through freight forwarders previously chosen by Battista Shop.

The timing for delivery may change for peculiar reasons but it normally takes no more than 3 working days for your order to be processed and your items sent. Sometimes deliveries might last more than the expected lapse of time for reasons amenable to causes of force majeure, traffic or the intervention of the Authorities.

While confirming the placing of your order, we ask you to confirm the chosen delivery address for it is not possible to change the delivery address afterwards.

Before sending the items you ordered we might need to confirm the data about your Credit/Debit Card with its issuer. In this case we will do our best to limit the delay of the expedition in order to fit the needs of our Clients.  

The Order will be dealt with and sent from our storehouse within 24h from the placing of the order itself. We kindly inform you that this lapse of time in which your order will be examined and processed may vary depending on the moment of the year you are placing your order in; for example this estimated time might last longer on holidays or during the sales, in these cases expeditions may take up to 72h to be processed.
